These hours are incredibly inconvenient. There is no way i can go during the week due to work and then its closed on weekends. Please take into consideration people that work and don't have the flexibility.

I had one of the best experiences thanks to a male worker I think by the name Erick? He helped me find what I needed and supplied me with the correct books I’d need to make this semester a breeze. Thanks for being genuine and a real life saver when it meant the most!

1.) The bathrooms are roped off, so there’s no bathrooms here. 2.) They have tables but no chairs. 3.) It is not an ideal study spot. Unlike the Rutgers Barnes an Noble in New Brunswick, this store is not ideal for studying.

The bookstore is several floors and has kind staff. That being said, they are consistently overwhelmed and in a rush, and struggle to complete online orders. I ordered my books during mid to late August once all my professors uploaded the material and the order was not even processed by the first week of class. The wait times for lines are particularly ridiculous during the beginning of the semester, as much as an hour to even speak to a customer service representative. The books are overpriced (of course, get those somewhere else).

I wish the book store wouldn't assume that everyone will buy their books online...Barnes and Nobles should order at least a few books to put on the shelf. Especially for those who receive book vouchers. It's been a repeated inconvenience, to wait on an preordered book with an undetermined delivery date. I had an experience of waiting on a book for three weeks. Other than that, great customer service...always ready to serve!!
