Amazing staff! I was able to find the Catan Expansion and Deborah helped me find it!! The location is very cozy and I highly recommend to anyone in the area.
I called to see if they had cards available at the store like pokemon or SpongeBob packs and the man who answered was very rude and grumpy sounded like an older man in his 40 or 50s and he said that this I guess was the only Barnes and nobles that doesn’t offer packs and when I told him thank you he didn’t say your welcome or anything just rudely said bye and hung up. It made me sad and killed my spirit 🥺 if your gonna be in customer service they should be out going and kind not mean like that don’t even want to work there 😪
The coffee shop is horrible: I bought a coffee to read my new book and they kept pushing me to buy more drinks, because apparently I overstayed my welcome. I didn’t see a sign that says I needed to keep purchasing more coffee in order to sit here for a longer period of time. Worst customer service experience. I also didn’t see them do this for everyone just for myself.
This was the most disappointing Barnes and Noble I have ever seen. The landscape and building look the same color. (Light Brown or Camel) The city's favorite color. Oh the Mildew smell is coming from Target. Because of the Humidity in this city. For a minute there i thought it was me. But NO it's Target & Every Employee looks and profiles you. Before you schop . Just accusing random people of their choice that are shoplifting. When actually it's the Employees and Management at the one up on Mesa by Sunland Park and Mesa Entrance. I wouldn't go there had the most unpleasant Starbucks Coffee by incompetent employees who have no sympathy or empathy for anyone
Great experience. It's clean, organized, and quiet. My girls and I love coming here and looking for our next series to read. We are book people so this is our happy place.
