As someone who loves used bookstores with a passion and prefers independent bookshops for new books, thi B&N is my guilty pleasure. They've relegated non-book merchandise to the far corner and the vast majority of the store is books. They have a great selection across a wide variety of subject areas, to include more academic and niche titles along with mainstream books. The staff is great and you can tell that they are genuine bibliophiles, and it seems as though they have real input on which books get prominent placement. The biggest problem I have in going there is narrowing down my pile of books to an affordable number.

I like experiencing a busy book store. Very helpful and friendly staff. It took 4 staff members to find a book my husband was looking for and they found it.

The smell from the bakery overwhelms the book smell a bit but adds to the charm of the place. The store is clean and beautifully displayed. They have a wide variety across multiple genres. This is my favorite book store.

This B&N has become a new favorite of mine. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, store is clean, and books are well stocked! I also enjoy the calm environment of this location and don’t feel like I am being rushed or that the store is crowded at all. I feel that these qualities make book shopping here a very peaceful and enjoyable experience.

My only issue really doesn't have to do with Barnes and Noble, but I don't care for the Starbucks Cafe. It is a great idea, but the smell in the store is very strong. I unfortunately have an allergy that requires me to wear a mask when café are inside a store, this causes me to have to quickly run in and out as fast as I can to avoid an allergic reaction. Or make an online purchase which just isn't the same. Sometimes you just want to browse and get ideas for gifts or the next great read. The store and staff are always very chipper and always helpful.
