It's always a pleasure to visit this store. Everything so beautiful and the employees are exemplary.
They have a great variety not only of books but other gift itens as well. I also love that it has a café inside the bookstore. Nothing against Starbucks, but i would have preferred a smaller coffee business.
Anytime we're driving down south, we always stop at the Barnes& Noble. It's huge. Has clean bathrooms. We always get a great book or toy that you can't find anywhere else. Definitely worth the stop.
In my opinion, the best store to find a good book. In addition, the store has a wide selection of books 📚 to choose from, with all sorts of genres.
There's good and bad days, if you plan for a return as soon as you purchase an item from there store they force you to wait for 1 day to pass in order for it to register into there system. Which is redundant, the lay out of the place keeps changing making it confusing where there best books used to be. And there reward system after you buy something to strive for is a free cookie at there starbuck. Not worth it sense you have to get your same recipe stamped for 2 weeks. By that point ask your customers what they want in the bookstore so they can add it to there stamp card to actually make there time on coming useful. That is just lazy bait and switch tactic, other than that topic they may have a book that your looking for or not, but its nice to look around, they do need to have enthusiasm in there employees to ask costumers what they would like in there store so in the future they can see it on the shelf. And its not fair with the outrageous prices either. I say its okay to come here to browse and admire what you want, but the store itself, employees, and system are tricky, so be prepared. Thank you for reading my review and hope you all have a great day
