Lovely bookstore in a very nice shopping center. This was our first time stopping at this B&N and it was such a nice experience. It is a very large, spacious store with not only books but a music section, kid and toy area, and cafe. They had a big sale today with the whole store at 25% off but they had lots of items stocked, labeled, and organized and the staff was helpful and worked fast to make the lines move in a timely manner. I will be back!

Local Slitherine here I told my father about this bookstore. The customer service was quite incredible, there was a Ravenclaw and a Slitherine that worked there both close to my year, and they they assisted me quite well, I so highly recommend Barnes & Noble. There were an odd amount of muggers about though... either way, Merry Christmas.

Great store, although obviously obscenely over-priced. Plus, front house staff aren't exactly what you'd call, customer-oriented. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, so won't mention names or days, just be prepared for sullen teenagers who can't count back change, can't count at all from what I see, and who put people behind policy. Also, don't ask them where books are, you may get a look like you're speaking another language. Probably my accent. Sorry for wasting YOUR time lady. I won't be back here, ever.
