FRAUD!! STAY AWAY.. THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CAR. THEY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CAR GOOD OR AT ALL. I CHOOSE THE LUXURY PACKAGE AND MY CAR LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS WIPE EVERYTHING DOWN WITH WIPES SO CAR IS SHINY INSIDE. THERE WAS LITERALLY DIRT ON THE CARPETS WATER BOTTLES UNDER THE SEAT STILL AND STAINS EVERY WHERE. I HAD 3 SBOW SCRAPPERS IN MY TRUNK AS I HAVE A HATCHBACK. THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T VACUUM BECAUSE I HAD STUFF IN THE TRUNK? THIS IS NOT RIGHT THEY ARE ROBBING AND LYING TO PEOPLE ABOUT THERE SERVICES. CHARGE CHEAP AND DO BARE MINIMUM. IM REPORTING THIS PLACE..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
