It’s too far for me to travel but it is the closest I’ve found to a studio I visit in Liverpool UK which is very attentive and teaches great Pilates. The staff here were great. like the BASI method and I love the attention to detail given to each member. Thank you for great experience

It's the best Pilates studio I had ever been. I have lived in multiple places across the USA (NH,IL,NY, NJ, PA, MA...) and this place in Phoenix AZ. Brings me joy... I am not a morning person, but I get up happily at 5:00am for a reformer day at BASI. So far, I have been working with 3 instructors: Meagan, Megan, and Anna... 3 different personalities, 3 different styles but equally great.
My first experience on a reformer studio was at Basi. I loved every second of it, all of the instructors/team members were great and made me feel welcomed and capable every single time. The environment was also super nice and empowering. I would recommend this studio to anyone out there! Even if you aren't "fit" or you have injuries, or want to come back into your fitness journey, this is it! I will miss this studio a lot but I can't wait to go back soon, I felt the burn in every single visit and got the pilates shake multiple times. Also, it was always clean and tidy. 100/10!!
My workouts at Pilates Barre are the absolute BEST I’ve ever experienced! I’m delighted with the positive results that I’m seeing in myself, both physically and mentally. This is a beautiful studio with the most wonderful people (both instructors and classmates), as well as having top-quality equipment. Classes are offered with a variety of options to meet your needs and goals. You won't get bored and you'll get amazing workouts that just keep getting better. The instructors keep you challenged and motivated throughout, emphasizing proper form and keeping the energy high. You will definitely feel the burn...but in a good way! And I always learn something new with each class. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Owner/Instructor, Jamie, and to her equally awesome, caring and very talented staff. I am indeed completely hooked on Pilates and absolutely, hooked on Pilates Barre!
