I was really impressed with Basset furniture!!! I have a family member with a 15-20 year old basset couch they got second hand that is still going strong, so I knew where I wanted to go when I needed couches. I worked with Deric, and he was wonderful- I came in with some idea of the furniture I needed with a lot of questions, and he had answers and helpful information for each of them. He was also very patient when I needed to change the specs of the order several times before ordering. It was a very easygoing, fun, and low pressure experience. I will definitely be returning for any furniture needs that come up!

My husband, Bill and I are very grateful we met Terry Cueva, Design Consultant with Bassett Furniture in Austin, TX. Terry was our guide in creating a plan to fully overhaul our living room furnishings. She heard and took into consideration our unique lifestyle challenges, budget criteria, and even small room constraints. Terry is a great listener and provided options that met all of our needs and wants. Her industry knowledge is extensive, and her design skills are exceptional. We learned a lot under her guidance and feel very confident in our final design decisions. As said, we were making major changes in the appearance and functionality of our living room. Terry was always kind, patient, and encouraging. We went from a hodge podge of furnishings to a calming and cohesive room. Thank you Terry, we are so excited about our new living room furnishings.

Terry helped us so much when shopping for furniture. She gave such good (free) interior design advice and helped us narrow down on styles to match our current couch. I like that this brand has been around for a long time and makes quality furniture. Highly recommend asking for Terry at Bassett.
