horrible experience! bought so many souvenirs from their shop and spent over 100 usd and i called to ask if they can exchange a t-shirt as i got the wrong size (which was untouched, tags on). the manager was super rude and unhelpful and refused to help in any way. awful way to run your business especially to customers that are spending so much money and giving you business.

Rude man at front counter. We purchased some items here but decided to walk further down the street to see if more shops had what we wanted. Luckily the people in the other shop were welcoming and friendly. I wish I hadn’t spent a dime here.

This souvenir shop was very nice and the employee was friendly. Much higher quality souvenirs than I’ve usually seen. Good fabrics for t shirts, sweatshirts, and wool socks. A TON of magnets.

"Selling counterfeit and disgusting racism" I bought two Labubu dolls at Bastix souvenir shop in Montreal. Before purchasing, I specifically asked if they were genuine, and was told "yes." However, when I opened them later, I found they were poorly taped, and the two items—supposedly the same product—were completely different in size and shape, clearly counterfeit. When I asked for a refund, the male manager responded with racial comments, asking which country we were from, and even mocked us, saying, "Please report us to consumer protection." When I pointed out that selling counterfeit goods is illegal, he laughed and said, "Of course they’re fake. Which country are you from to think these are real?" Please be careful if you visit this place. I trusted it because it’s right next to the church, but I was completely deceived.

Good souvenir shop with plenty of choices from clothes to caps :) Also the staff is friendly. It's the second time I have bought this cap as my dad loves it 😆
