I needed a simple estimate. I’m sorry, but I can’t deal with a rude technician. The lady at the office was fantastic. But Steve not so much. You don’t misunderstand the customers request (even though I sent videos and pics of what I needed done step by step) and then talk over the customer when they correct you, “well, if you’d let me finish”. Ummm excuse me…. I’d like to get an estimate with you knowing at least the correct information. No point in getting an estimate when you don’t know what you’re even calculating. No thanks. Click

Ian and Berto did an outstanding job upgrading my 100 amp panel to 200 amps, wiring and installing an outdoor light for my patio, installing a 50 amp plug-in for my fifth wheel, an inlet for my portable generator, and an outlet for my hot tub. They also fixed my outdoor meter to code. I highly recommend Bates Electric and their terrific staff!
