Nikita has such a gentle, loving touch and a true gift for grooming. My dogs absolutely adore her, and I always leave knowing they've been treated with the same care and kindness I would give them myself. Over the years, Nikita has become more than just our groomer — she’s someone we trust and appreciate deeply. The entire staff and management are equally wonderful. We have a sweet 14 year old cattle dog mix that we took to BB&B for the first time a couple of weeks ago. This was the BEST grooming experience BY FAR! They took the time to meet her beforehand and had us fill out a questionnaire about her so they were aware of any health issues or concerns. Her coat is still shiny and unbelievably silky soft and we’re almost 3 weeks post grooming. $$$ but worth every penny! Thank you for your TLC with our fur baby! 🐾❣️
