This review is long overdue….I really can’t thank Dan, Mark and the rest of there team at Batta Fulkerson enough for helping me and my daughter get the care we needed following our accident. Dan gave me his personal line and consistently reminded me if I needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I’ve only heard nightmares from others regarding being taken advantage of from other firms. These guys were honest, compassionate, understanding and completely open about everything from start to finish. The insurance company of the woman that ran her car into the back of mine tried to settle for nothing and fought back…Dan and Mark wouldn’t take no for an answer to get the compensation and care I needed. I’m very thankful to have had them in my corner representing me. I highly recommend them!!

Where do I begin, 3 years ago I was in a terrible accident and as I searched for attorney's I was disappointed until I called Batta/Fulkerson. Dan and Paul met with me in person the next day after I called them and both were so amazing, so genuine in their nature and it made me feel comfortable. They took care of all my needs and never judged me as I went through so many changes, between coping through my injuries and trying to recover and losing everything I worked my whole life for, they were always there! Getting me better and making me whole again was their priority and they are such great attorney's and amazing people! I really couldn't be more grateful for these guys and what they've helped do for me and my kids, what great people they all are. A special thank you and shout out to Dan Fulkerson he's such a good person and I thank you Dan for it all! I pray that you never need a lawyer for a personal injury but if you do, you need to call them, honestly they're the best! Now I get to close this chapter of my life and move on, thank you!

Completely blew my expectations. We were so happy with the hard work, dedication & patience from this ENTIRE firm. My baby & I were hit head on & after a friend recommended Batta Fulkerson, we called them & had a thorough & long conversation with Dan about what to expect. He was correct in everything he said & we are so pleased with the outcome. I got immediate care & attention which helped so much.
