*If they get busy with their primary Batteries Plus business, they WILL prioritize that over your phone repair and may hold your phone hostage for 6 days or more. *The replacement battery they ended up putting in my phone did not perform well. I left my phone with them to have the battery replaced. They had my phone and got the new battery in on Wednesday 4/20/22 (I know because they told me), but they didn't complete the repair until either the next Tuesday or Wednesday. When I would call for updates, they wouldn't give me any info except that they have been very busy and will try to get to it and that they will call me when it's ready and I don't need to keep calling them - like it's no big deal to hold onto a customer's phone for 6 days for a simple battery replacement. I had to reach out to their corporate office about my order and it was completed shortly after that. This was order P50656630. The new battery performance was poor. After 6 months it wouldn't last a day (morning to evening after charging overnight) under moderate use. My phone would restart when using the camera if the battery was below ~%60, which is an indication that it's not getting enough power from the battery. I went to Tech Heroes to get my battery replaced again maybe 6 months ago and I dropped my phone off with them and the repair was completed the same day. Their replacement battery has performed much better than the We Fix It battery - it lasts longer and my phone no longer restarts when using the camera even when the battery charge level is low.
