In about 10 minutes, they were able to let me know they had the parts in stock for the repair, the length of time to complete the repair, and the cost estimate. A big box business, after 13 minutes hadn't given me any of that information. This will be my first contact next time I have trouble. The estimate was right on, the part was in stock, and the time estimate was on the long side. The repair was less than 2 hours instead of 2 1/2 hours.
My replacement phone had a factory issue...and the entire transaction was as smooth as it possibly could be! There were delays in shipping for replacement parts, but the staff here worked quickly once the parts arrived. This is a very busy store - so be patient and you'll find real experts behind the counter here. This store - and the people there - are a true asset to the local community.
