They tried to help, and they were very kind. I'm going to go back because the guy spent 20min exploratory work on it without accepting payment. I still need the stuff off the phone and the guy there was quick & knowledgeable.

Fast efficient and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that. Price posted online is what I paid and they were completely up front with the details. Can’t beat a $10 coupon for booking an appt online! Will be returning to these guys for any future repairs.

First of all I want you (Batteries+Bulbs/We Fix It Phone Repair) to know that $90 to replace a battery that can be bought by any consumer for $10 or even less, & maybe 30 minutes of labor, is far from a reasonable charge, but taking advantage of people. It's not a repair, its a battery change. Charge $15-20 for the battery, which still gives you a sufficient profit, & $30 for labor ($60/hr labor rate) is REASONABLE/fair. I'm giving 4 stars for an easy job well done. The tech did a good job in a very short time frame. I watched 2 YouTube videos of this battery swap being done, & the longer of the 2 videos was less than 15 minutes. Vast majority of people don't have the hot-air hand blower used in both videos, but plastic guitar picks are easy to come by, as are the 'jewlers' type screw drivers used. Again, this is a BATTERY SWAP, something any person can easily do with every other cell phone in 10 minutes, and we all knew it would be possible to replace the battery in the Note 5 by the time the battery would need to be replaced. Very disappointing that you feel that you can justify the need to take advantage of people this way.

Excellent. Very fast replacement of a new battery for my I phone 6. It comes with a 6 month warrantee. The cost of $70 was much better than having to deal with driving out of town to get to Apple and deal with the Apple hurdles and time delays. I highly recommend these guys.
