I couldn’t recommend Danielle and Battleborn Health enough. She has transformed my husband and I’s life - my husband started seeing her last year with daily back pain and chronic shin splints since working with Danielle he no longer lived in chronic pain and has a care team that supports his goals. Now we’re able to go hiking snow shoeing and all the things we thought we might have to give up on. Thank you Danielle!

I had just accepted that since I am turning 50 soon that it must be normal for my back to hurt all the time. I don't think I've ever been more glad to be completely wrong! My first appointment with Dr. Danielle Litoff was exactly one week ago. I had the one evaluation appointment and one week of doing "my homework" (the exercises she did with me and showed me how to adapt to do at home...that are also in the free app I downloaded with links to videos in case I forgot any of the details). I am so excited to go back to my next appointment on Wednesday. I already feel soooo much better! My pain was probably at a 7 in one particular spot on my back, and higher when I was doing certain things (like trying to get comfortable to fall asleep, rolling over during the night, or getting up out of bed in the morning). After just one week, I'm at a 2. No one had ever explained to me that I've got an irregular curve in my back that is hereditary issue....and more importantly that I can do something about it by doing specific exercises to help build certain muscles. My life is better already. If you are experiencing physical pain like I was, I urge you to go get an evaluation done and start working on feeling better!

I was referred to Battle Born by a friend. I called and talked to Danielle about a surgery I want to avoid and hoped PT could help. I have been going to Battle Born for 7 weeks. I was in a great deal of pain when I started and I am currently pain free. I credit this to the fact that you receive direct care from a physical therapist who listens and provides individualized care. I also appreciate the patient portal which contains videos of exercise for at home care. I am so grateful I found Battle Born.

BB Health is absolutely the best PT help I've ever received. The individual care, attention and communication is thoughtful and thorough. I always feel like I'm being well cared for when I come in for my appointments. Danielle and Nicole are highly competent, knowledgeable and willing to really listen to the patient. Recovering from surgery is hard no matter what, and Battle Born Health eases that struggle with kindness and attention. I feel lucky to get the help I need from Battle Born Health.

I have TMJ that effects my neck and jaw. I had no idea Danielle would be able to help me. She was able to work on my neck and jaw as well as teach me some exercises I could do at home to help ease my stiffness and pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable even when it’s uncomfortable. I highly recommend Danielle and her staff!
