Awesome equipment, professional, helpful and well versed staff, even the gym-goers are amazing. Just a magical place for exercise and community.
Summer hours limit your time so go while you can. Make time. Don't blame the heat. They have air conditioning. At the minimum swipe in and use the bathroom when you pass by to create a routine of going. Stacking routines builds habits.

It's BETTER than an In-shape. They even have rock climbing and a bicycle room!!
