My experience with Jessica Rada at Bay Property Group was amazing! She’s a cool person and very friendly. Let’s just say her customer service is greatly appreciated! In this world… We need people with her type service out there. This is why I give her a “five star,” but she deserves more! =) Very professional and high quality of service.

She proposes solutions to work out issues rather than just passively waiting around. Her communication is a great blend of professional, friendly and courteous.

Jessica is amazing! She is professional, a rapid responder to any question or need an owner might have, and has a consistently wonderful and cheerful attitude. She has offered recommendations and contacts that have smoothed the way on work we needed to do on our rental property.
