I have had a very positive experience with BMG and with Diego Berber who is the Property Manager handling my rental property. He communicates proactively and keeps me informed about anything that might affect the home or the tenants. I never feel like I am in the dark. Diego responds to emails and calls quickly. Maintenance is handled in a timely and transparent way. I receive clear explanations of what the issue is, what options were considered, and the expected cost before work starts. Diego shares updates once the work is complete, often with photos or a brief summary, so I know exactly what was done. Overall, BMG is reliable, organized, and easy to work with. I feel comfortable knowing my property is in their hands and I would recommend them to other owners looking for professional management.

Bay Property Management has been awesome so far with sending out a proper technician for my maintenance issues. Communication is quick and polite. Juan was a great maintenance technician (after having to come fix two separate sink issues back to back!). He texts when he is scheduled to arrive and arrives on time. He fixed both issues quickly and efficiently. He was even kind enough to endure my two year old’s endless curiosity and need for conversation haha. Thank you!

Francisco thank you so much for replacing our kitchen sink. It works great and we couldn’t be more happy. Cleaning the floors and washing dishes has been much easier and less time consuming.
