I’ve used their services multiple times and they never disappoint. I’ve used Baycopy SF for printing, business cards, and a few custom projects they always deliver excellent quality and fast service. The staff is helpful and makes the whole process easy. Highly recommend them if you want reliable, professional results. This is my favorite spot to go to when needing these types of services done.

Bay Copy SF is an absolute gem! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help with any printing or copying needs. Their turnaround time is fast, the quality is excellent, and the prices are very fair. It’s rare to find a shop that combines professionalism with such a welcoming vibe, definitely my go-to spot in San Francisco!

I do NOT like this place. They lost a very expensive package that I did not get compensated for. They acted like they never received it, but the company assured me that they sent it. They had proof and everything when I made a fraud claim. So, don't trust this place to deliver your packages to you. You may never get them.

The owner guys are super friendly but also very disorganized. I rented a mailbox here and packages were constantly mismanaged - he would tell me that no packages were delivered that day, I would show him proof that it was and then he'd go rummage through things in the back room. Other mailbox companies put a slip in your mailbox informing you that a package was delivered.. Not here. I went out of town for a week and when I returned an (expensive) package was delivered but the owner said they got nothing and blamed USPS. After disputing this with my credit card company it was determined that there was overwhelming proof that the package was delivered, so I lost the items and money in the end. I felt compelled to share this experience for anyone who might be looking for a reliable mailbox service.
