Very easy to schedule both the estimate and the actual removal. Rod and his team are fully insured, very communicative and great to work with. I have hired them twice for office clean-ups and will call them again when I need their help.

Carlos at Baypro was amazing to work with. My job was a little complicated because I live out of town. He responded quickly to all of my questions and communicated all updates and changes well in advance. I especially appreciated his transparency regarding pricing. I would not hesitate to use the company again.

Awful awful service. We were moving countries hence booked this service on our last day so as to not have to worry and have everything removed before leaving including the beds. The person on the phone confirmed the date and time and provided a cost estimate. The day before, he suddenly said he has got another much more lucrative job so he needs to prioritize that and basically declined to come at the decided time. He was extremely rude and completely left us hanging on our last day. After my husband requested him since we were relying on this pre planned service, he said he will send someone at a later time. We had given all the information regarding what needed to be moved, yet he sent just one person who could not get the job done. At this point we were already much later than planned. Throughout this process he was extremely rude and kept changing the price estimates. He had earlier said around ~300 for the bed and additional furniture such as desks, chairs etc. Because of how late he was we managed to get rid of the other stuff and just had the bed left. Despite that he started saying more than 300 for just the bed, even though we reduced the scope of work. Finally, there was still no assurance that someone else would come pick it up, so we managed to call another junk remover and it got done in an hour. AVOID BAYPRO. especially when you don't have the flexibility of time. And super rude.

Baypro Junk removed some furniture for me this morning. The process of booking them was very easy, they were extremely responsive and clear about their pricing and what it included. Carlos, who helped me with the appointment was very helpful and nice to interact with. The crew arrived right in time ( they send text notifications to track the truck) they guys were polite, professional and extremely quick. The whole process was seamless and I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them.
