The Beach House Pet Resort is amazing! My dog Rip has been going almost every day this month while I have construction going on at home (he even boarded overnight for a weekend), and they treat him like he’s their own. I was nervous at first because he wasn’t well socialized and his bark can be intimidating, but Michelle was so helpful from the first call. Their pricing is great, and they introduced him slowly to a friendly dog so he could build confidence. Within a day or two, he had friends! The owner, Tisha, is wonderful too, you can tell she genuinely cares about every dog that walks through the door. Everyone there creates such a warm, safe environment. Rip gets so excited when we pull up, and he always cries for me at pickup, but I once saw him playing with the staff before he knew I was there, acting just like he does at home. That told me everything about how loved and comfortable he is. It’s a 15–20 minute drive each way for me, but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Just picked up my baby Bandito from grooming. Brie did a fantastic job, exactly what I requested. His toes and nails never looked so good.

First, we were over charged by a “professional” groom. Second, the “professional” groomer failed to let us know that she nicked my dogs paw/nail. We did not notice until we got home and saw blood all over our floors. How professional can you be to where you forget to inform the owners about something like this. My husband called and told them about the blood and all he got was “oh we tried to put something on it to scab but she must’ve removed.” SHE’S 1 year old. I will never go back.

The Groomer, Emily, has been grooming my dogs for years. I have 5 Chinese Crested dogs and she has perfected the cut. I completely trust her because she is so good at what she does. Her love of animals is evident by the way she cares about them. It is obvious how much she loves her job. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. My fur babies love her.

The employees at Beach house Pet Resort are awesome. They always treat my puppies, right very gentle, very friendly. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for all y’all do for my for babies.
