I had a very disappointing experience with Blake at Beachcity Graphix. I contacted them on 9/13/25 @12:30pm, and he assured me that my product would be ready that night. However, despite multiple promises and delays—first saying it would be ready later that evening, then the next morning, and finally as of today 9/15/25 @10:23pm nothing was delivered and my phone calls have gone unanswered. It's now over 48 hours past the original deadline, and I have received no resolution. The service was extremely unprofessional, with poor communication and a lack of accountability. This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Would honestly give it half a star. I’m not having a good time at all receiving my logo. Blake has told me on multiple occasions that he will send my logo and has not. He has said he will send it today and if he doesn’t I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint to Virginias consumer protection office and report this company to the Federal Trade Comission. EVEN IF he sends it this was very unprofessional and would not recommend.
I wish that I could give negative stars, 1 star is giving too much credit. I started my business with Beach city Graphix the end of October. I did an initial consultation with Blake. I was looking to revamp my small business and initially made me feel very confident in what Beach City could do for me and my rebranding. We discussed all options via phone call, where he gave me many options to choose from, and gave sound advice on how to promote myself to the public. We came up with a business plan and a invoice was sent out to me that same day. The invoice was paid on the 1st of November and receipt stated that my project would be completed within 5-7 business days. Although the receipt stated 5-7 days, I agreed to him being finished by the 15th. Around the 11th I received a text from the business saying that my project would be received the next day. The next day came and nothing. I gave it 2 extra days before I contacted Blake. He responded 2 days later and promised by the end of the weekend I would receive my mocks. Tuesday came around no mocks and no word from Blake. I contacted him once more to only get more promises of the next day..this went on for a week. Finally we came upon a agreement that if my project wasn't fulfilled in 1 more day that I would receive a refund. The next day came and no project. We discussed my refund the same day. I was told I would receive a email and then my refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. That was 2weeks ago and I still haven't received a email or heard back from Beach City Graphix. I've had to put my project to a halt and I'm very disappointed with the way business was conducted. I do NOT recommend anyone spending their hard earned money with Beach City Graphix.
I recently used Beachcity Graphix to create and print funeral programs and was incredibly impressed with their service. I contacted Blake, the owner, at the last minute, and he was extremely accommodating to my time constraints and needs. There was even a blurry picture I wanted to use, and Blake managed to restore it beautifully for the program's cover. I initially expected a standard template, but Blake developed a unique program tailored specifically to the family's requests, capturing characteristics special to our loved one. The project was completed on time with outstanding professionalism and high-quality work. The result was beyond my expectations, and the price was very reasonable considering the level of personalization and skill involved. I am thrilled with the service and will definitely recommend Beachcity Graphix to others and use them again in the future.
First off I would like to start by saying I was not at all an easy customer, but the service at Beachcity Graphix made it an easy experience I have known the artist and owner of Beachcity Graphix for many years. When I stepped into his office he made me feel like it was my first time meeting him in the most positive form possible. He went the extra mile to make sure he was extremely professional and attentive during our meetings and discussion of business, and after our business was handled we became friends again. He made my experience feel as if he wanted to make the very best impression possible. As if I had never met him in my life, and for that I appreciate you. Now when it comes to the work. For starters I had an idea for my logo that I could not verbalize at all. Just a blank vision in my head. Through his constant patience with me, and his dedication to do the best job he could possibly do, my logo is now better than I could have ever imagined. He is dedicated to help me promote and grow my business along with the work he is providing. Meaning he not only cares about his own business. He cares about the success of my business as well. Hands down Grade A experience and I look forward to working with Beachcity Graphix for my future business endeavors. -TribeofJudah
