A must-visit for pastry and bread lovers! The pain au chocolat, blueberry danish, and blueberry muffins were all delicious, and the ube latte was the perfect pairing. You can tell they know what they’re doing, the espresso wasn’t burned, which says a lot. The space is modern and spacious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We’re not local to New Orleans, but Bearcat is now a guaranteed stop every time we’re in town.

Coming here for breakfast and coffee for the remainder of our trip. Great coffee and had the curry filled pastry. The quiche texture is remarkable…similar to a steamed egg dish.

We tried to get into Bearcat CBD but were unable to. Luckily, we happened upon the bakery instead, and we were able to partake in pretty much the full menu! The food was incredible and worth the hype! Wonderful atmosphere!!

Lowkey just the basic best of bearcat in a super quaint open kitchen space. Tied for #1 fluffiest/best pancakes in the United States (Jerry’s Cafe, Beloit, WI is the tie holder). Scrumptious sourdough bread to sop up the fixings on a breakfast sando. Super team running a smooth operation.

Once we discovered Bearcat Baked on the third day of our weeklong trip, we went back every day, until the staff remembered our names 🤪 Their coffee is delicious, as are their pastries. Our favourites include the croissant with ham and cheese and the strawberry danish, but everything we got was incredible! Definitely go here if you appreciate stuff baked from scratch and high quality coffee!
