Came in with my friend for a girls morning, and had the best experience! Bomi made a whole new colour to ensure i was happy with the set. I can happily say i am beyond content with these nails, thank you so much to Bomi! Will be coming back for sure!
edit: this is written after the owner replied to my review. YOU ARE LYING IN YOUR REPLY! first of all i did pay the full price, i had no issue paying. you’re writing as if i didn’t pay at all. i payed the full 155$+tip. i don’t have any artificial nails on my toes, they’re my real nails. it wasn’t a full set either it was a refill. for the pedicure there was no hot stone or massage. if i was told the price of 155$ at the start then it would’ve been no problem but the old lady working showed me on your calculator that it was going to be 200$+tax which is insane. all of a sudden the price drops when i notice how expensive it is. this is proof she tried to scam me. the nails already fell off, they look terrible the second i got them done. this place is trash and everyone should be warned. how are you even still in business?? I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I went in for a full set and a pedicure refill, and the lady literally pulled out a calculator and told me the total was $200. When I questioned it and asked to speak to the manager, suddenly the price magically dropped to $155. That alone makes absolutely no sense and feels extremely scammy. If the price can change that easily, you’re clearly trying to overcharge and see what you can get away with. Also, do not come here unless you want to be ripped off. The pedicure pricing is beyond ridiculous. They charge $45 just to soak your feet in blue water, and then $15 for EACH TOENAIL they work on. Yes, $15 per toenail. That is insane. I have never in my life paid anything even close to that for a pedicure. Now let’s talk about the quality, because that’s the worst part. If I wanted my nails to look like this, I would’ve done them myself at home. The acrylic is way too thick, the nails are different sizes, the polish is uneven, and the French tip looks awful. For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. The salon looks nice and fancy from the outside and the decor is pretty, but don’t let that fool you. I am extremely disappointed and will never be coming back. Maybe think twice before trying to scam people and assuming they won’t notice because you just lost a customer who would’ve been loyal and returning.
Expectation vs. Reality, and then got yelled at by the old Chinese lady regarding leaving a tip, which I would like to note that I did leave a tip 🙂. Ridiculous. This was a biogel refill, so now my real nails are ruined. *update to their message* It was not due to price considerations. I was prepared to pay the original amount they told me in the beginning. However, as you can see the nail SHAPE isn’t even correct, despite me asking them to correct it many times. As they continued with the design it looked so bad, the lady even shook her head and said no no. Please also check the attitude of your employees.
A true disappointment if you are looking to get a basic manicure on natural nails. I went for a mani/pedi and although my pedicure was great, I was very shocked with the manicure that I received. My nails were cleaned using a machine as if it was woodwork and was completely rushed and painful (I did not have any polish or shellac prior to visiting). My nails were cut so short and not shaped whatsoever. The manicure was so sloppy that 5 of my nails chipped within 24hrs. I did a regular polish and understand that it chips fast, but not THAT fast. Before the nail polish was applied my nails looked pretty disgusting from the machine thinning out my nails. I had to go to another salon 2 days later to re-do everything.I attached a photo of what my nails looked like when they removed the nail polish.Horrific. What a waste of $75.
I went in to get a bio gel refill on my natural nails. however the person who started off my nails cut me three times, and thinned my nails down so much I know they are damaged. Then the person who did my design (it looks great from afar don’t get me wrong) didn’t exactly match what I was asking for, color wise. That isn’t a big deal Also up close you can see where the brush started and ended, where the paint push got smeared, Along with other imperfections. Not even a day and there is bubbling happening and not even a week later the colors are chipping and falling off. This cost me over $100 and I expected better for that cost On top of that this review was posted by the owner or manager without my consent giving it a five star and no comment attached with the pictures I did allow her to take.
