This is one of the best place for any treatment! I got my Microneedling with PRP done from here! The nurse was so nice, she made sure that I am comfortable with the whole procedure! The receptionist is my favourite person there! Over all I loved it!

I’m super happy I went to Beauty Beyond! The staff is the friendliest ever. Nadia was so patient — even though I had canceled a previous appointment, she was very kind and understanding when I rescheduled. I’ve been to other places before, but this experience was completely different. I was booked with Taran, and she was amazing! She took the time to explain everything and really understood my concerns, especially since I’d done the same treatment elsewhere without seeing results. I can honestly say she’s a great nurse — I couldn’t feel a thing, unlike other places I’ve been to. Their numbing cream worked perfectly, and to top it off, I even got a complimentary drink! All I can say is: great experience, great results, and great people. I’m definitely coming back again!

I visited Beauty Beyond Medical Spa for the first time and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. When I arrived, the greeting was not warm or welcoming. The staff member, who seemed unfamiliar with the process, asked me to write down my name, address, and other details, even though I had already booked online and showed her my appointment email. Then she asked me to fill out another form online, which felt unnecessary and confusing. This was my first time trying Brazilian laser hair removal, and no one from the clinic sent me any instructions or reminders beforehand on what I should prepare or do before the appointment. Even when I arrived, the staff didn’t ask if it was my first time or explain what to expect. I kept repeating that this was my first laser session since I usually do waxing, but I only found out inside the room that I needed to shave beforehand. Because of that, my appointment had to be rescheduled, and I felt like I had wasted my time. In the end, I agreed to quickly buy a razor and proceed, but even after the treatment, there were no proper aftercare instructions given. I had to ask questions myself, and the staff only showed me a paper which I ended up taking a picture of. Overall, the lack of communication, preparation, and professionalism made me unhappy with the experience. This is not a place I would recommend to my friends.
