Not to be that person but why open a beauty supply store in a predominantly black neighborhood and not have a single English speaking employee? You ask for something they have no idea what these products are or only speak Spanish. Can’t help you find anything but will watch you go down every isle. They have a great selection of products but the shopping experience is not great
This place is a rip off and likes to take from you! I spent almost 60.00 in there and they forgot to put a 5.99 item in the bag that I purchased from behind the counter. I called back and both of them denied it and hung up in my face. They are in a predominately African American area and never let us forget it. Never again will they get my business.
9:13 AM on 6/5/24 and the store was not open despite the fact it opens at 9 AM. This is the second time this has happened. Very unprofessional
