I came into the Beauty Supply Warehouse to get supplies for my business, and the employee Julio made me feel like I was a problem just for shopping. Two other employees at the register even refused to give me their names when I asked for them for a review. I’ve spent a lot of money here over time, but after this experience, I’ll never show my face here again. I’ll go to any of the other beauty supply stores in the area before returning to this one. The customer service at the 6075 University Avenue warehouse is unacceptable and needs serious improvement. If management doesn’t address the attitude and professionalism of their employees, they’ll continue driving away loyal paying customers.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the store was clean and well-organized, and they had a wide selection of high-quality products at great prices. A great amount of selection of several products and brands. Staff is friendly and speak Spanish. Everyone was helpfull and kind/polite. Come here for the extensions and braids, the prices are better than other stores as well.

First time visiting. I was very pleased with the selection and pricing of their beauty supplies. They had extensive amount of wigs and hair for braiding. Reasonably priced. Will return.
