I spoke with Michaela at Beaver Pest Control today Thursday 8th January 2026. My experience speaking to Michaela was very good…. She was welcoming, polite, friendly and most helpful. Michaela was also very patient and understanding. She also has excellent Customer Service skills and she is definitely a great asset to the Company.

Great service provided by Liam. Very knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. He took time to explain the treatment process. He was very confident with his knowledge and helped us to get rid of the problem.He is an asset to the company. Thanks a lot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr Liam came twice and he was extremely professional, polite and reassuring both times. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and carried out the pest control work with care and great attention to detail. I felt at ease with his approach, which was especially important as it involved pets. He provided an excellent service and very good customer care. I would highly recommend Mr Liam and Beaver Pest Control.

Nigel has a wealth of knowledge and experience and helped me a great deal when he came out to survey properties with pest issues. His experience and client interaction were excellent and I found his calm manner very helpful when we needed to clear up a pest control issue. Will definitely recommend using him and will continue to call on his experience when needed

I’d like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Adam and Ozzy for the fantastic job they’ve done. They were incredibly helpful throughout our pest ordeal — thoroughly inspecting the house with patience and care during their visits. They took the time to examine every corner, crack, and piece of furniture, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Drawing on their extensive knowledge and experience, they offered reassurance every step of the way and clearly explained both the extent of the infection and the steps they would take to address it, before proceeding with a complete treatment of the house. This involved two separate and complementary applications of high-grade pesticide, carried out four weeks apart. Thanks to their excellent service, they were able to thwart the pest infection in its early stages. Because of them, we’ll sleep better tonight and finally be able to relax after three tense and anxious months. A special thank you also to Michaela, who patiently took my distressed phone calls and clearly explained the procedure to follow before treatment. Your support has meant the world to us.
