We’ve been working with Chun at BeCreative and overall, it’s been a good experience. We ran into a few unexpected issues with our device rollout, which caused some frustration on our end—but to his credit, Chun stepped up. He listened, responded quickly, and made things right by waiving fees to help offset the inconvenience. It’s clear he cares about the partnership and is committed to improving the service. I started working with BeCreative 360 over 15 years ago. They were the first to offer customer direct marketing in our industry and have an incredible, responsive and creative staff. They truly are a partner that has helped our business grow. Then they created review my dry cleaner which again was the first in our industry. Not only did it make our positive Google reviews increase significantly it also allowed us to respond to other reviews quickly to make sure we were taking care of all of our customers.
