Amazing service. Professional, they sat me down and explained to me thoroughly the contract. So far after investing into them I noticed substantial leads in my car detailing business. I highly recommend this marketing team!!!!
If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. I hired Bedrock Digital to run ads for my business, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. For the amount of money I spent each month, the results were nowhere near what they should have been for a competitive industry like roofing. They constantly blamed the “competitive market” instead of fixing poor strategy, weak targeting, and bad ad performance. I only received 9 messages the entire month on a $367 ad spend ...which comes out to almost $40 per message, an unacceptable cost for any marketing agency that claims to be professional. What’s worse, they changed my campaign type without informing me, offered little transparency, and could never clearly explain where my messages were supposedly coming from. I had no access to see real leads, no detailed reporting, and no improvement in performance. Their communication felt like excuses, not solutions, and nothing they did actually helped grow my business. I expected a real marketing strategy ...not wasted money and confusion. I would not recommend Bedrock Digital to any small business owner who is looking for real results, honest reporting, or transparency. Save your money and find an agency that will actually optimize your ads and communicate clearly.
