They don’t honor appointments…. I’ve gone to this place every 3 weeks for several months. In that time, 2 of my appointments have been rescheduled by more than 30 mins and 1 has been cancelled. Not very professional - don’t offer appointments if you can’t honor them!!! The staff are mixed - some do a great job on my gel and with others it chips after a week. Not sure I’ll return.
