Upon entering the store, sales tech Javier greeted me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions without hesitation. He showed a lot of consideration toward me as a customer. Based on his interaction with me, made me feel very comfortable and assured of my purchase which consisted of a nice bedroom chest and a matching nightstand. Thank you, Javier! He then escorted me to the cashier's section to pay for my purchase. I then met cashier Diana and cashier Maritza. They were very friendly which made for a very comfortable experience as I completed my purchase. Bel Furniture is highly recommended due to having some awesome staff that really do care for their customers! As a given plus they offer great prices and sometimes discounts on great furniture! 😊
Went into Bel furniture for the first time a few days ago. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Matthew Maldonado. He was very kind & attentive. I was able to get what I was looking for all in the same day. I was very pleased with the service provided. Thank you again Matthew.
My daughter and I went to Bel Furniture on SPID in Corpus Christi this past Saturday. We were greeted by Matthew Maldonado, a very nice young man, very helpful and well informed employee. I popped in one afternoon to look at counter height stools. Matthew was super helpful in answering my questions & letting me sit on them to see how comfortable they were. What I really loved is he was helpful without being pushy do I felt he wanted to make sure I got what I needed, not just make a sale. I will definitely come here again when I'm ready for more furniture.
I was contact by Maria Haught about the News Years Eve Sale. She encourage me to come and see all the wonderful furniture they had to offer. I came in Thursday and was greeted by Gabino Reyna who was very professional and helpful. The staff was over all nice and pleasant to work with.
