the man that did my nails took ages to even start on be because apparently they dont prioritise people that book beforehand. in addition to the long wait he was really aggressive when he was prepping my nails. i got acrylic nails done and i had an inspiration picture to what i wanted my nails to look like however he still asked me what colour i wanted? is that not part of the job to just do what i asked you to do? to add on top of that, the first colour i picked ended up sheer so it didnt even look good and when i told him that, he started giving me cheek? furthermore, he made one of my nails crooked and he didnt apply the nail polish properly and even i could have done a better job at painting them. lastly, he didnt file the back of the nails properly so its just uncomfortable there. the picture that looks good was the inspo.

I’ve never shared a negative review in my life but a couple months ago i came here to get acrylic extensions for going on holiday, I was charged £75 for poorly done/sloppy nail art (no gems or attachments by the way), I felt sick when he asked me to transfer over £75. To make the situation worse, two of my nails ended up coming off during the holiday anyway. They also asked me to leave a 5 star review before I paid, which I did before finding out the cost and then swiftly deleted it once I left.
