Luis was awesome and very patient. He was thorough and dedicated to figuring out what the issue was with my heater. He fixed my heater in one visit. The technician my home warranty sent out came multiple times and had a different diagnosis each time. Thanks Luis for also saving me some money by educating me on the membership.

We called Bell Brothers to replace our old water heater. Michael was professional and very informative about the selection of water heater. So he scheduled it to be replaced completed within 2 hours after talking and meeting with him. The scheduled time was between 2pm -3pm yesterday 01/08/26, but no one ever came. I called the customer care line to see if they were still gonna come and do the scheduled job. But I felt like I was just being given the run around. They said they would call back ASAP but never did. I had to call them back multiple times but same response. Until to this moment nothing has been done nor a call back was given. I just wanted to know if our installation is being rescheduled to when and what time, but still nothing. It’s just very frustrating that it’s bad enough we haven’t had hot water in over 48 hours, but since we are club members we were told this would be done right away, but still nothing. Hopefully we can a response back of any kind Jerome

I previously wrote a review, but it seems it didn’t save, so I came back to write it up again — because the service absolutely deserves recognition. I had an excellent experience with Bell Bros thanks to Nicholas K, who came out to service my HVAC system. He encountered several unexpected challenges, and the job ended up taking the entire day due to extensive thawing and repair needs. Despite that, Nicholas remained incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He was so knowledgeable and thorough that I specifically requested him for a follow-up service — and once again, he did a phenomenal job. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. Nicholas is a fantastic representative of Bell Bros. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication, and I highly recommend him and the company for any HVAC service needs!

Jordan is an incredible employee whom should be seriously considered for a raise. He is incredibly nice, open to talking and very respectful. He came into our home to check the furnace and such to which he did a great job on that end. He showed interest in my families hobbies which is always appreciated. Most people simply get annoyed. He was very professional and a joy to have around even for only a short while. We’ll definitely be considering this company again!
