Bonney heating tune up. $59.00 Started with taking pictures of hot water tank, electrical panel. I told him he wasn’t to touch those and he was here to service the furnace. He said it’s their policy. Took panel off furnace touched and pushed wires around. Suggested a 1300.00 service of cleaning of drums and vents. Wanted to know who made the financial decision. Suggest a 18.95 monthly program. Took a panel piece off and did the same . Meter checked amps, pulled a tube off and blew into it. Took a ton of pictures. Said he replaced filter that we had. He has been parked in front of the house for over 45 minutes since he exited the house. Suggest another item for another 1300.00 Item. I just can’t with this company any more . The furnace is 2 years old. They caught my aunt on her own and over sold her a furnace two years ago. And I was hoping we could get past that and they do a regular service. Picture is to show how dirty he found it!🤦‍♀️

I had several plumbing jobs I needed to get done at my 9 year house. Kitchen faucet needed replacing, toilets needed reseating, tankless water heater flushed and bathroom faucet repaired. I had dealings with Bonney at my last house and was pleased with the service and products. So this time I requested a visit for an estimate of the jobs and lead times. Booking the appointment was very easy online and the tech, Miguel, arrived promptly. He explained all the necessary work and costs. It wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t outrageous either. We booked the repair visit for the next day and he arrived right on time ready to go. He spent the next 5 hours going through the punch list working without a ruckus and kept us informed along the way. He cleaned up as he went and the left each location in the house clean and tidy. Miguel was friendly and professional and I could not have asked for a better tech. He gets 10 stars ⭐️ from me.

Bonney Plumbing, Sewer, Electrical, Heating & Air just installed two Tesla chargers at my house, and I have to say; they were amazing! Si and Kim were the technicians, and they were both super professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. The installation looks really clean and well done, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What I really appreciated was how they cleaned up everything when they were finished, it looked better than before they started. It’s not every day you get service like this. I’d definitely recommend Bonney to anyone looking for quality work. And if you can, ask for Si and Kim, they’re awesome!

What I was most impressed is how fast they were able to take out my 30 year old busted water heater and replace with a brand new tankless. It took all of 24 hours from the time the guys gave me a quote to completion of install. They handled permits, electrical, gas - I didn’t have to lift a finger. I love the new premium system. Worth every penny!
