They came out to look at my spa because it wasn’t heating. They never realized the language was changed, it was in German, I guess my kids were playing with it. So they just put some chemicals in it, charged me $176 dollars and left. When I realized it was in German and changed it back and found out what the problem was from the error code, so I tried to contact them at least 6 times more and they never answered again. Horrible service. My spa still it fixed. Going to look for someone else
My experience was top notch from scheduling with Sheila to working with Josh and Ed. All were so friendly and knowledgeable. This was the 3rd company to come look at our hot tub. Told by Sweetwater it would not be worth fixing. 2nd never came back. Bell identified problem within minutes, ordered parts, and it was cleaned, repaired and working wonderfully! I highly recommend them!
Don’t let Shiela’s sweet voice talk you into signing up with this company. The employees are horrible, and unprofessional. They talked trashed about the owner openly, urinated on my house and NEVER brushed my pool tile or walls. They are over priced and promise a full cleaning with chemical services but all you get is chemical services. I watched them through my camera system and complained bc I was only getting chemicals and instead of correcting the lazy employee - Philip and Katie they discontinued my service. Thank God I didn’t have to give them a penny more and never have to deal with them again.
Absolutely terrible. I have given this group more than ample opportunity to right the situation and still nothing. I requested an estimate almost 4 months ago. They came out promptly and we discussed repairs. Josh told me I would be receiving an estimate for the work from someone in their office shortly. After a few days I reached out. They promised to get me an estimate asap. Then again. And again. And again. 7 times I reached out asking for some numbers for the repair work. Either they don’t want the job or they are completely incompetent. Either way, I’m done soliciting their business and I would recommend anyone thinking of going down the same path do the same.
I called Bell Pool for estimate on a pool repair and issues with chemical/algae problems. I spoke with Sheila at the office. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Josh did a repair and was quick and professional. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Ed, when he came out to the house to better understand chemical issues. He spent the time to check and diagnose my pool, and suggested a treatment that will potentially save me hundreds of dollars and work more effectively than an ozone generator that I was considering. He is a genuine, knowledgeable, and hard working man. He spent an hour testing and diagnosing pool before making recommendation, and was never pushy about using his service or products. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their service.
