Went on a Wednesday night, so street parking was plentiful a few blocks away. Sat at the bar, and was instantly impressed with the service: every staff member we passed greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. The bartender did a great job explaining the menu and offering suggestions. I got the Isabella pizza, my partner the chicken parm, and both were absolutely delicious. I'm usually a large eater and the pizza was the perfect amount for me, and the chicken Parm was a generous portion. The desserts left a bit to be desired; the creme brulee cheesecake was a fine vanilla cheesecake but I could have enjoyed a bit more caramel flavor. The tiramisu was fresh and clearly made in-house, but lacked any strong boozy or coffee flavor I expect from a tiramisu. We also ordered an espresso and cappuccino, the coffee was decent but the milk in the cappuccino was poorly steamed.. I'm a bit of a coffee snob so take that with a grain of salt, but I think a little barista training could go a long way! Overall, great experience and well worth the price for us. If I'm back in Nashville, this will certainly be on my list!
