I have been dealing with incontinence for the past couple years, which only seems to get worse and not better with time. I had my first Emsella treatment in August 2025. Thankfully I was able to complete all six treatments. The reason I say that is because I live in California and I was in El Paso, Texas visiting. From the very first treatment, I felt a slight change. I thought I was imagining it, but no from the first treatment up to the sixth there was a difference and change! There was no more leaking, no sudden urges to go with hardly anything coming out. Once I got back home and went to the gym I was able to work out without having any accidents. I would even have leakage/accidents while I was walking. Many times this would require a change of clothes. Incontinence is embarrassing, uncomfortable and frustrating. This has stopped and I am so thankful for this treatment. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Jackie and the team for your support and encouragement. Your med spa is beautiful but more than that I was treated with kindness and given the information I needed regarding my treatment which made me feel comfortable with going forward with the treatment. Again many thanks!

I absolutely love Bella Paloma Medspa & Wellness! Jackie and her staff are the sweetest — they make you feel so comfortable the moment you walk in. The place itself is gorgeous, super clean, and has such a relaxing vibe. Jackie really takes her time to explain everything and makes sure you get the best care possible. You can tell they all really care about their clients. Highly recommend this beautiful spa!

Amazing experience all the way around. Starting with the atmosphere, it was the perfect mix of both luxury and and warmth providing that instant feeling of comfort. Everyone I spoke to at the clinic were incredibly inviting as well as helpful when it came to educating me on the best treatment options. Hands down one of the best Medspas around and highly recommend this place for any aesthetic or wellness needs!!
