My first time getting extensions and let me tell you I won’t ever go back here. They started my install at around 1pm super fake nice staff. I asked if they had time they said yes in between my install she left to attend to another client for almost 30 plus mins. Bri apologized I was totally fine with it because at first she seemed so caring and like she really cared about my service. 6pm comes and she is not even half way done with the last box of hair and says we are done we ran out of time did not even offer me to come back tomorrow I asked if she could please finish bc I already already paid for hair and installation over 1000$ she agreed obviously not really wanting to after that attitude changed rushed through the last part I felt so uncomfortable. Take your hard earned money elsewhere these people are sharks. I’m a single mom and saved money all year long to be able to finally do this for myself after years of being on the fence about it for me to have this experience. I don’t mean bad on anyone but I have to be honest on this review so no one else will experience the same.
