Greydon was awesome! His Customer service was awesome! I had to go back the next day, still got the same level of customer service. I know working with the public can be a lot, but going the extra mile keeps me coming back!

Their staff told me I need to put air in the tires in the winter- looked at me judgemently and rudely, then proceeded to tell me more simple tire facts because I'm a woman....I have spent over $3000 on my car this month alone, yes I'm a woman and don't know much about cars but this place went beyond treating me stupid. I even felt the need to post about them and got the suggestion to take a man with me to next shop.

I went in for an oil change a few months ago. I went there instead of Take 5 because I wanted a tire rotation. They were able to squeeze me in before I was heading out of town for a long weekend which was nice. However, as I was driving out of town that evening I had several dashboard lights came on. My car alerted me that Pre-Collision Assist was unavailable, Service Track unavailable, and Hill Start Assist unavailable. In addition to these alerts, my steering wheel got stiff similar to if it needed power steering fluid. I had to drive to Chicago and back with this problem. I called on the way back hoping to bring it back to be looked at, but as soon as I got back in town all the lights turned off and the steering wheel went back to normal. I thought all was well, but since then, these alerts come up randomly and my steering wheel will randomly stiffen up. This remains typically for a few miles and will fix itself and go back to normal. Sometimes it remains until I reach my destination and turn my car off. I can't bring my car in to have it looked at because this happens at random. It would be wildly inconvenient for me to wait until the lights stay on and the steering wheel remains stiff so I can drop everything and take it to the shop; and I know if I plan ahead to bring it in, it will be acting fine that day. I'm not sure what sensors got messed up or how they got messed up during my tire rotation, but I won't be bringing my vehicle back to this shop. A simple oil change and tire rotation has turned into a much milder inconvenience.

I came in to have my tire checked because it kept losing air. They told me it would take about an hour, which was fine since they were busy. When I got the tire back, I was told it was unrepairable. However, I later took it to a shop in my hometown and they were able to repair it quickly with no issues.The staff was polite and respectful, but overall the experience left me feeling like they assumed I wouldn’t know much about tires and didn’t provide me with honest service.
