Discount Tire was terrific. Sadie, Luke, Steven, and Ronaldo provided me great customer service, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sadie ordered me a set of OEM wheels for my car at a good price, and they came in just 2 days later. Ronaldo, my Tech, was very professional and did an awesome job mounting my tires and tpms. Thanks Discount Tire, job well done!

I was satisfied with the price of the tire professionalism and service. There was one issue my hubcap wasn’t put on securely and fell off. I called the store to inform them and was told one would be ordered.

I called into the store to confirm that they had my tire available and was told that they had a tire. When I got to the store, I paid for the tire, waited for them to mount it. I received my receipt and was told nearly an hour later, after I asked them when the tire would be ready, that they realized that the tire was not in stock. I asked them if they could call around to another store because I was going out of town the next morning-they located a tire at another store and advised that it would be available first thing in the morning. When I got to the store the next morning, the tire was still not ready and I barely made it to my appointment on time. I have been working with this company for many years as I previously worked in the transportation industry. The company, throughout the country, has always been very professional and I have never had any issues. This was very upsetting!!

I knew by 8pm that shops were closed. I bought fix a flat from Auto zone. Went home made an appointment on line for 8:15a . My only purpose was to make it to discount tire. I found out I had a screw in my tire. I am so greatful To all of them. Including Sadie. Sorry if I spelled the young ladies name wrong? I’m getting 2new tires only from DT as my next purchase. I hit accident debris on the highway and my front left tire went completely flat. After finding out I didn't have a spare and getting a tow truck, I was able to get a new tire promptly and professionally at Monro! The manager, James, was very kind on the phone and provided excellent service. I highly recommend James and his team!
