Literally never had worse service. I seen my server about 2x throughout my meal, which took over an hour and a half. Took way too long to get greeted, server didn’t been introduce herself, just asked what we wanted to drink. wasn’t busy enough for the breakfast rush so I didn’t get what the issue with being able to check up on your tables was. Didn’t see a manager help out their own staff what so ever throughout the entire meal. It took a long time to get my food which can be understandable as there is open menus but didn’t get checked up on once during my wait. Then we only got checked up on for the food when my meal was pretty much done. And mind you , we had 2 servers throughout our experience which was fine but can’t understand how both were so inattentive. The host was lovely though and checked in with us before leaving 🥰

The food is solid, exactly what you'd expect from a good Western breakfast. What really stands out is their staff, they’re friendly, attentive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything’s perfect. A reliable spot for a casual breakfast or brunch!

Me and My brother had a great time for Bruch here at Ben and Florentines. Staff was very friendly and professional. Had a great time spend here. Food was delicious, i ordered cappuccino and it could have been improved. However, it was an amazing experience.

Food is ok. Nothing special to warrant the prices. Not a fan of the spice on their potatoes. Preseasoned, food supply potatoes? They're the same potatoes for every dish. They do have some large, creative platters that offer a wide sampling variety. Fresh fruit accompaniment is a nice touch but adds to the price. Otherwise, friendly service but not necessarily attentive. Very busy at times. Tried it. But I don't see the hype to return/ often.

We visited Ben & Florentine for brunch and had a wonderful experience! The server was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious and well-prepared, making it a great spot for a leisurely meal. The only small drawback was that the washroom could have been cleaner, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyable time we had.
