He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the repairs needed. He made the whole process enjoyable. We look forward to working with Ethan and his company in the future if anything is needed. William Owens came out and replaced the power vent on our water heater. He knew his job of the repair very well. He was genuinely concerned about our lack of hot water and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased by the overall service we have received so far. We had a new tankless water heater installed after the repair and the whole process was great from start to finish. Chris and Jordan were the two install techs on the tankless eater heater. They also extended our natural gas line so we could put a gas stove in. This is honestly the best experience we’ve ever had from a company. I would highly recommend them for your next service.
