Tina Welder worked relentlessly to help us find our home. She was patient, pleasant, and persistent! The home-buying process was not as overwhelming as my wife and I though it would be. Tina and the BHHS Team were thorough in their communications, which made for a seamless process and transition from our previous residence to our new home. Big SALUTE to you Tina for not giving up on us! This was a great experience!

Tina made our home selling and buying process as smooth and seamless as possible. She made herself available whenever we had questions or concerns. Her knowledge of the local markets helped in selling and finding a new home. She recommended very wisely things that could be done to improve our chances of selling. Most importantly she was there to constantly reassure us and provide wonderful advice and guidance. Looking back I could not imagine going through this process without her. She understood what we were looking for and worked very diligently to help us find our dream home and sell our existing house. I wish I could say it more eloquently than this, but bottom line is that Tina is amazing! Thank you!!

I am a real estate broker in Chicago and needed help selling my parents' home in South Euclid, OH. I contacted numerous agents in the Cleveland area and worked with Seth because he seemed to believe we could do what seemed at points to be pretty lofty goals and because he demonstrated superior local market knowledge. We are so happy we worked with Seth as he was able to navigate a very difficult path to the sale in pretty tough circumstances. Seth went above and beyond then some. We worked with Jo-Ann McFearin of Berkshire to purchase a home and sell our old home. Jo-Ann was great to work with. The thing we most appreciated about working with Jo-Ann was communication. She was very good about getting back to us when we had questions and concerns. She was helpful throughout the process of buying and selling our homes. She helped us quickly sell our house by getting multiple offers from the first day of showings. I would highly recommend her.
