This is my second time working with Mary Rose Maher to lease my condo, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for help leasing their home. Throughout the process she kept me very well informed and it was clear she cared about me as her client. She’s very thoughtful about how she manages the listing itself: she did comp research to make sure we were pricing the condo at a fair market rate, made sure new photos were taken, and kept the listing refreshed so it stayed visible and accurate for potential tenants. Both times I’ve worked with her, she’s brought forward qualified applicants in a short amount of time. Her screening process is thorough, but she also handles things professionally with everyone involved (this last time, when we had a strong applicant we knew we were going to accept, she let other interested people know so they wouldn’t waste time filling out an application unnecessarily). I will definitely work with Mary Rose again in the future - thank you!

Truly grateful to Khanh for all of his help and support. Moving is stressful, and moving across the country is particularly arduous.
