Stunning location, great service and tasting experience. The wines, apart from the the delicious Cab Franc, weren't exactly to my liking (and they were out of Zinfandel and Cab Sav), but the whole experience was worth it, and it was so relaxing and picturesque.

Attended an event at the Bernardo Winery on Wednesday, 7 August 2024 and this great shop along with others is located on the grounds near the winery entrance. I eyed the shop walking in and knew I was going to partake of its colourful delights before | left the event. I made my way back over to the shop as I was leaving the event and couldn't focus my eyes on one thing. There were so many great bags and accessories. I was immediately greeted by the woman working, Sharon, who was extremely personable and chatty. She was lovely. We gabbed and she told me about the sales they had going on and let me know about the Yelp discount which was posted on check-out counter. I walked around and found more than 10 new bags I loved. I love shops like this because the bags are unique. They are not ones that you'll see in every large department store. I found the perfect new wallet to purchase which was good for me since my bag willpower is extremely low. I'll definitely be back with my mom and friends to pick up a tew more. Thank you, Bernardo Winery & Bag Cellar!

Wonderful scenery, staff, and wine. On top of that, the food was perfect for a night of sipping and strolling. One of the best wineries we’ve been to on the west coast 🍷

Bernardo winery is a wonderful place to spend the day. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and it feels like a small village. The tasting room looks rustic, it is always cool inside, the staff if very friendly and knowledgeable. There i a gelato/sweet shoo, an Italian eatery, a coffee shop and various gift shops, too. The food from the Italian kitchen is outstanding; we especially loved the mussels and the Arancini.

This charming winery, tucked away in a residential area of Escondido, truly felt like stepping into a secret haven. The old-town ambiance was charming, and the favorable comments we read online were spot on. The wine was exceptional, and the food was equally delicious. We were delighted by the complimentary chocolate pairings, a thoughtful touch. We tried their flights and went to the chocolate shop. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. This is the kind of place where you could easily unwind & be relaxed, 😍. We're already planning our return. Btw, we visited on latte Dec.
