Mr. Roger came out and did a great job of educating my family on Pest Control and how to prevent and take care of current situations. Very nice and not pushy at all on making a quick decision to get some kind of great deal. Customer service was very good when he set everything up. Would recommend services to others

My details are weird, lol. I had initially contacted Berrett Pest Control late last year. I had cancelled my appointment due to Christmas and all that goes with that. Then yesterday noticed a leak under my kitchen sink so in need to address that issue before y'all can come out. I got with Josh both times and he was super nice about it. I felt so bad for cancelling! But he was very understanding and polite. Thank y'all so much for your patience. -Bridgette Velasquez

So far it has been good. Customer service is very attentive. There was a misunderstanding and Ryan was very helpful with resolving the situation. He was also extremely patient and tried to explain details regarding the process in response to my many questions.

Michael is our favorite technician for our quarterly service due to his congeniality. Today, however, he sprayed product all over our windows. This has never happened before and I’m not sure what prompted controlling insects in glass. To make it worse, i just had them cleaned and now i have to have them cleaned again ($) before family comes in for the holidays.

From the initial contact with the office staff to the technician's visit, the entire process was seamless and professional. The technician, Amber was not only punctual but also incredibly polite and personable, treating our home with respect and making us feel comfortable with the entire treatment plan. Conducted a thorough inspection, clearly explaining all the steps, what to expect, and answering our numerous questions with patience and expertise. We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and the peace of mind provided, quickly solving the problem and exceeding all our expectations.
