My details are weird, lol. I had initially contacted Berrett Pest Control late last year. I had cancelled my appointment due to Christmas and all that goes with that. Then yesterday noticed a leak under my kitchen sink so in need to address that issue before y'all can come out. I got with Josh both times and he was super nice about it. Michael is our favorite technician for our quarterly service due to his congeniality. Today, however, he sprayed product all over our windows. This has never happened before and I’m not sure what prompted controlling insects in glass. To make it worse, i just had them cleaned and now i have to have them cleaned again ($) before family comes in for the holidays.
