New customer here—after signing the initial contract, the owner personally called to welcome me to the family, which was a great touch. Jay, the pest control technician, did an excellent job. He walked me through every step and explained things clearly as we went around. I can see why they have a 4.9 rating with nearly 3,000 reviews—family-owned, customer service focused, and priced fairly. I feel much more confident with them than with the random companies that come door-to-door. Perfect timing too, heading into winter. We reached out because we found a scorpion in our kids’ room and had been seeing more spiders, and I already feel better knowing they’re on it.
David Beasley from Barrett Pest Control just came by and did an AMAZING job treating our home. I explained to him that we had concerns, especially with having a young child and recently finding spiders in and around the house.
