Jeremy was very professional very reassuring very nice and got the job done I hate where I live until they came this company along with Jeremy gave me hope!!!!!!!!!!!! I appreciate Nathan B. Heart felt message when I didn answer he left a voicemail and sent a text……i definitely feel like I belong, This picture is about 45 minutes after they left, right in the middle of my kitchen I’m going to sleep soooooo good tonight!

New customer here—after signing the initial contract, the owner personally called to welcome me to the family, which was a great touch. Jay, the pest control technician, did an excellent job. He walked me through every step and explained things clearly as we went around. I can see why they have a 4.9 rating with nearly 3,000 reviews—family-owned, customer service focused, and priced fairly. I feel much more confident with them than with the random companies that come door-to-door. Perfect timing too, heading into winter. We reached out because we found a scorpion in our kids’ room and had been seeing more spiders, and I already feel better knowing they’re on it.

David Beasley from Barrett Pest Control just came by and did an AMAZING job treating our home. I explained to him that we had concerns, especially with having a young child and recently finding spiders in and around the house. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, was extremely respectful, and made sure we felt confident and safe with the treatment. He went above and beyond—truly exceptional service.
