I appreciate the phone call that you made to me yesterday offering up an apology. I do understand that you have an ethical standard that sometimes are not represented by the actions of others. I clearly posted my review hoping for better communication and never thought that your law firm would drop my case based on me posting a review to get your attention. All of my siblings served our country. My father died from cancer he received after serving during war time. He instilled in us the integrity to speak clearly and truthfully. I received many requests for updates and your response. I am conflicted on posting the update. Most already assumed that your law firm dropped my case. Most people gave me the information on what other sites to post on for uncompromising damage. Your review are impeccable on many forums and I don’t want to be that “guy” to blemish your record. I am a man who had his second transplant and needed help getting my benefits after 10 years of being hooked up to a machine to live. My reviews fulfilled it’s purpose by getting your attention and hopefully improve the communication for the next veteran. Within the next few days I will be retracting all of my negative reviews from every social media platform I published to regarding this issue. Thank you for your service as an attorney and thank you for your service as a veteran. You are a man with integrity and honor.

I am a Army veteran and I put in my claim for a disability on my own 2 years ago. My initial claim was denied. I heard about Berry Law from a fellow Military Veteran.
